Creature image
Upload an image or choose one from your Images library.
Colors, anatomy, resting pose, camera and facing follow this image. Style follows the image unless you choose another style. Every animation uses the same view.
A different style applies to the next generation. Preparing an existing atlas keeps its original style.
Animations
Keep only the actions this creature needs.
3D motion reference
Use the transparent PNG and animation JSON exported by 3D Model. Fit the camera to all poses before exporting; leave room for clothing and extended limbs.
Export a PNG + JSON from 3D Model, then select both files here.
Nano Banana Pro generates one 1024 × 1024 image per pose. A reserved background color is removed locally; this is not native alpha generation. Inspect edges before saving. Original frames remain in Images.
Keep this page open. Resume keeps the same settings and checks existing frame jobs; choose New sequence to apply changed settings.
Scale reference: a 1.8 m human / Spine character. Height is measured in the resting pose. Larger creatures keep their world size; use a higher image resolution for more detail.
Each new pose gets 2× width and 20% extra height. Sprite height is a generation target, not an upscale. If it does not fit, increase atlas resolution or reduce frames and animations.
Background & generation
The source is kept intact. The generated background is removed before packing. No ground, cast shadow, grid lines or labels are requested.
Original atlas & cleanup
Generated source
The original atlas is preserved. Background cleanup and frame separation run locally and do not start another generation.

Review the loop and edges, then save the edited draft. The original atlas stays intact.
Variable-size frames share a stable ground pivot. Use the PNG and JSON together in your engine.
